As part of the sustainability strategy for BTO, we are planning to start a social enterprise known as Joylet to provide a professional service in the maintenance of wastewater and sewer treatment plants in Thimphu City. Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan, is facing problems managing wastewater and sewer lines as its population increases annually. So, Joylet intends to give professional service to the public through drainage and sewer line maintenance services to overcome those problems. The service

includes periodic cleaning and monitoring of sewer lines, the operation of sewage treatment plants, and maintenance services.
