Received an audience with Hon’ble Prime Minister, to update him on our activities and share our plans to collaborate with the government in achieving SDG6.
We took the opportunity to introduce Ms. Sara Ogawa, JCI APDC to His Excellency. She was instrumental in getting #SATOpan for us from Lixil and support from Saraya for school toilet project. She assists us in fundraising and advises us on our projects.
We are happy to present our plans to upgrade pit latrines in all schools in Bhutan in collaboration with MoE and UNICEF Bhutan.
We are happy to learn about the government’s intentions and plans to engage us and CSOs in general in carrying out developmental activities as equal partners.
